I just got off the phone with a customer service representative.  She was knowledgeable, friendly and got my questions answered immediately.  The weirdest thing, though, was that she was in Arizona, and I could actually understand what she was saying because the connection was so clear! It was a nice change to be speaking to somebody who wasn't just reading from a script on a customer service line for once.    But the customer service isn't the only good thing.  They have this spend analyzer that has helped me cut down in some categories and they have some other, under-advertised perks like purchase price protection, extended warranty and accidental damage protection.  I use the Discover for all online or high value purchases for exactly that reason.   The one downside is that Discover still isn't accepted at as many merchants as other cards, but it's pretty rare to run into one of those.  Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this card.
