Favorite Card Features:

This card reports to all three major credit bureaus, so consumers can improve their credit scores while building their credit profile with responsible usage.  The annual fee is also tiered from $0-$99, depending upon your credit level.

Least Favorite Features:

No introductory 0% APR period or rewards program, but that really shouldn't be expected for a bad credit credit card.

Our Final Take:

If you have bad credit and want an unsecured credit card in order to begin rebuilding your credit scores, the Credit One Bank® Cash Back Rewards may be the perfect for you. It's a no-frills unsecured credit card for bad credit, but if you use it responsibly it could quickly lead to improved credit scores and even better credit card offers down the line.

This seems to be a great card for starting over. However, I mistakenly went over my limit. Although my payment wasn't due yet, they called me at work! Very embarrassing to say the least. Paid it off, and will be extremely careful from here on out.
