You probably haven't heard of the Premier Miles & More World MasterCard from Barclaycard.
But like a lot of the cards issued by Barclaycard, you might want to take note; they have released several excellent credit card offers over the last six months, and the new offer from their Premier Miles & More card is simply one of the best for frequent fliers.
First, let's start with the bonus offer - 50,000 bonus miles. Cardholders earn 20,000 bonus miles just for making their first purchase, and can earn another 30,000 bonus miles when they spend $5,000 or more in the first 90 days. Obviously, those first 20 are a lot easier to obtain than the second 30, but if you're a big spender with a big budget that's a lot of bonus miles on the table. According to their website, 50,000 award miles is enough for a round-trip transatlantic flight.
The ongoing rewards program attached to this card is similar to other airline credit cards - 2 award miles per $1 spent on Miles & More integrated airline ticket purchases, and 1 mile for all other purchases, with no expiration to your miles.

The second new perk of this card is the 0 percent interest introductory period, which is now attached to new purchases and balance transfers for 12 billing cycles. This vaults the Premier Miles & More World MasterCard into one of the very best interest-free credit cards on the market today. Why? Because very few travel rewards cards include a zero interest period for any amount of time, let alone 12 full billing cycles.
It's not all roses. There's an annual fee of $79 to consider, and the ongoing APR variable is either 15.99 percent or 24.99 percent, which is a little on the high side for an excellent credit credit card.
That said, if you like to keep your flight travel flexible and you intend to transfer a balance to your new card, this is an excellent new offer from Barclaycard that won't stick around for long.
